If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact the DPO using the details below:

POLICY AMENDMENTS

We keep our Privacy Policy under regular review and update it at least once every 12 months. Business-Class Trip LLC may make minor amendments to this Privacy Policy that do not adversely affect your privacy, except where otherwise required by law.

In the event of material changes, Business-Class Trip LLC will publish the amended policy on our Website and, where possible, notify you either by email or via pop-up notice when you next use our Platforms.

DATA ACCURACY

When you provide us with personal information (“PI”), you represent and warrant that the information is true, accurate, complete, and current. You also confirm that you are authorized to provide such information to us.

It is important that the PI we hold about you remains accurate and up to date. Please notify Business-Class Trip LLC promptly if your personal information changes during your relationship with us.

  • Contact Data – including billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers.
  • Commercial Information – including requested price quotes, purchased products or services, or other purchasing/consuming histories or tendencies. This also includes Financial Data (bank account and payment card details) and Transaction Data (details about payments to and from you, as well as products and services purchased).
  • Network Activity Information – including Technical Data (login data, browser type and version, browsing history, search history, time zone and location, browser plug-ins, operating system, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Platforms), and Usage Data (information about how you interact with our Platforms).
  • Geolocation Data – such as country, state, or city.

  • Inferences – conclusions drawn from PI, including Profile Data (preferences, characteristics, behavior, attitudes, feedback, and survey responses) and Marketing Data (your preferences in receiving marketing from us or our partners, and your communication preferences).

We may also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your PI but is not considered PI in law, as it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate Network Activity Information to calculate the percentage of users accessing a particular feature. However, if Aggregated Data is combined with PI in a way that directly or indirectly identifies you, we treat the combined data as PI and handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Customer Support: If you contact our customer support services, we will collect any inquiries, complaints, or other information you provide to our support team.

We will only use such sensitive information to:

  • provide the services you request (including related communications and customer support), and
  • comply with security, safety, and legal requirements.

CHILDREN

Business-Class Trip LLC does not knowingly collect personal information (“PI”) from minors, except when the minor is included as a traveler in a booking.

If we become aware that a minor has attempted to submit PI through our Platforms outside of this context, we will promptly remove such information from our records.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who has provided us with PI, please contact us so that we can delete the information.

IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Where we are required by law to collect certain personal information (“PI”), or where PI is necessary under the terms of a contract we have with you, we may be unable to perform that contract if you fail to provide the requested PI. For example, without required identification details, we may not be able to issue tickets or provide booked services. In such cases, Business-Class Trip LLC may need to cancel the product or service you have with us. If this occurs, we will notify you at the time.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use different methods to collect personal information (“PI”) from and about you, including:

1. PI You Provide to Us

We collect your PI directly when you interact with us, for example through live chat, online forms, phone calls, or messaging platforms. Any contact information (such as email addresses or phone numbers) that you provide will be treated as your personal contact details and stored in your profile for future communications, unless you specifically request that we treat it as a one-time-only communication.

Examples of when you provide PI include when you:
  • apply for our products or services;
  • subscribe to our services or publications;
  • request marketing materials to be sent to you;
  • provide feedback or contact us for support.

When communicating via chat (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS), sessions may be interrupted or closed due to technical issues. In such cases, we may follow up with you via automated phone calls, text messages, or email (if available) to restore communication. You can opt out of follow-up communications at any time by replying to the message or notifying us during the call.

Voice Calls

One of our main collection methods is through voice calls. This allows us to provide immediate customer support and share details about product features that may not be visible on the Website. Typically, we call back in response to your request. At times, we may follow up on unfinished conversations due to misunderstandings, email issues, or technical interruptions that require urgent resolution.

We do not engage in unwanted robocalls or intrusive telemarketing campaigns. You may opt out of phone communications at any time by contacting us by phone or email.

Loyalty / Membership Programs

If you participate in loyalty or membership programs organized by our affiliated companies, we may access the data within your membership account so you can use your benefits (e.g., applying cashback rewards to eligible purchases in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions).

2. PI We Collect Passively

We also collect PI passively as you interact with our Platforms. For example:

  • We collect data over time and across different websites when you visit our Platforms.
  • We use tracking tools like cookies, beacons, and similar technologies.
  • We automatically collect Network Activity Information such as device details, browsing behavior, and interaction with our Platforms.

For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.

Our servers and data centers are located in the United States, and our service providers may also be located there or in other countries. By providing us with your personal information (“PI”), you agree that your PI may be transferred to and stored in these countries.

Please note that these countries may have different and/or less stringent privacy, data protection, and data security laws than those of your country of residence. As a result, your PI may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those countries, in accordance with their laws.

Where required, and subject to applicable laws, Business-Class Trip LLC will provide the necessary safeguards to maintain protection of your PI, including obtaining contractual commitments from recipients based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal instruments.

Security Program

Business-Class Trip LLC maintains a security program designed to protect PI stored in our systems against unauthorized access and misuse. This includes:

  • Encryption technologies and firewalls configured to industry standards,
  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect PI transmitted over the Internet,
  • Limiting access to PI only to authorized personnel (employees, contractors, or service providers) with a business need to know, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Internal Safeguards

We have implemented security measures to prevent PI from being accidentally lost, accessed without authorization, altered, or disclosed. Our employees, agents, contractors, and service providers only process PI on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality duties.

Breach Response

We maintain procedures to handle suspected PI breaches. Where legally required, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators in the event of a data breach.

Important Notice

Although we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is entirely secure. There is always a risk that unauthorized parties may intercept or gain access to your data. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree to take appropriate precautions to safeguard your data.

RETENTION PERIODS

Business-Class Trip LLC will only retain your personal information (“PI”) for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. This includes satisfying any applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.

We may retain your PI for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a likelihood of litigation relating to our relationship with you.

When determining the appropriate retention period for PI, we take into account the following factors:

Those third parties may collect and process your personal information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS

Under certain circumstances, and as set by applicable law, you are entitled to exercise the following rights regarding your personal information (“PI”):

1. Right to Access

You may request access to the PI we hold about you (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of your PI and check its accuracy and integrity. You may also request information about:

  • the categories of sources from which PI was collected,
  • the business or commercial purposes for which PI was collected,
  • the categories of third parties with whom we share PI, and
  • the categories of PI disclosed for a business purpose.

Access requests may be limited to the 12-month period preceding the date of your verifiable request, as permitted by law.

2. Right to Correction

You may request that we correct any incomplete or inaccurate PI that we hold about you. We may require verification of the accuracy of the new information you provide.

3. Right to Deletion

You may submit a verifiable request asking us to delete your PI. Please note that in certain cases, we may reject your request, for example where we are legally required to retain the data or where it is necessary to complete a transaction.

4. Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing

You may request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your PI by submitting a request to our Privacy contact email: privacy@businessclasstrip.com

5. Verified Email Requirement

Because of the remote nature of our services, we use the email address you originally provided when requesting a price quote or booking tickets (“Verified Email”) as the primary channel for identity verification and communication. This helps us ensure security and prevents disclosure of your PI to unauthorized parties.

  • If you submit your request by phone, we will still respond via your Verified Email.
  • If you submit a request through an authorized agent or third-party service, we will require additional verification via your Verified Email.

6. Nondiscrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your rights.

However, price or service differences may apply if they are reasonably related to the value provided by your PI. We may also offer financial incentives (e.g., discounts or rewards) in exchange for your consent to provide certain PI or for agreeing not to request deletion of your PI.

7. Fees & Denials

  • You will not be charged for exercising your rights.
  • We may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive (more than twice within 12 months), or excessive.
  • We may refuse requests if we cannot verify your identity, or if the applicable fee is not paid.
8. Identity Verification

To confirm your identity, we may request specific information from you and may contact you by email, phone, or messenger to gather further details. This ensures that PI is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals.

Due to legal limitations, we may deny requests that involve high-risk data (e.g., Social Security Numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account data, or passwords). In such cases, we will inform you of the type of data collected, unless prohibited by law.

9. Response Time

We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. In cases where requests are complex or numerous, responses may take longer, but will not exceed 90 days. We will notify you if additional time is required.

10. Contact

To exercise your rights or submit a complaint, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at: 📧 privacy@businessclasstrip.com
